Refunds & Returns

Although we rarely have complaints about the quality of our products, if you are unhappy with the quality of the product you can return it to us within 7 working days whereby we will be happy to replace or refund the cost of the product, This does not include items that have been used or tampered with in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights

 

Although we endeavour to package our products adequately, in the unfortunate event that your item is received damaged please let us know as soon as you package arrives and we will replace your product, or in the unlikely event that product is not available we will offer an exchange or full refund.
