Please be assured that shopping with us online is secure, our merchant is PAYPAL who provide our online shopping facilities. Paypal accept all major credit/debit cards, you do not have to have an account or register with them to use the service and it's free there is no charge to you the customer for using the service. Once you have made payment you will receive an email confirming your payment. (Uk & Overseas Customers)
If you prefer to telephone your order through to us (see Contact Us for details) and pay by cheque, please ensure that when you send your payment you include your cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on the back along with your address. When your cheque has cleared we will dispatch your goods (usually between 3 & 5 working days). Be sure to include a phone number or email address so we can let you know when we've dispatched your goods. (This facility is only available to UK customers only).
We aim to dispatch all our orders within 48 hours of receipt of order, it is not unusual that we can dispatch your order the very same working day. Email confirmation will be sent to advise you that your order has been dispatched.
We offer worldwide delivery, all postage & packaging rates added at the checkout are for UK delivery only, If you are an overseas customer please Contact Us prior to ordering for shipping rates to your country of origin.
Uk Customers orders are delivered via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
